Single Pass Equipment
The single pass process stands for optimum results in drilling and conveying performance, material quality, assistance systems and pile quality. Maximum drilling performance is achieved, for example, by cutting edge geometries of beginners perfectly matched to the ground. Continuous flight auger drilling (CFA) as the most common method is available for rotary drilling rigs and piling equipment. Active feed makes penetration into hard soil layers up to 20 Mpa possible, a drilling depth of up to 50 meters can be achieved.
Pre-Drilling Equipment
BDE offers first-class equipment at fair prices like small augers for pre-drilling jobs prior to sheet pilings. Tools for a wide variety of areas and activities are available.
Kelly-Equipment
It`s the classic bored pile system. Torque and feed force are transferred to the tool via a telescopic kelly bar. With adapted drilling tools the use of this system is suitable for all soil types.
Drilling depths of up to 125 meters can be achieved.
Concreting pipes
We offer concreting pipes with diameters from 5.9 up to 9.6 in incl. accessories used or new for rent or for sale.
Continuous Flight Augers CFA
For an economical system of pile foundations in suitable geologies, highly efficient full displacement drilling is predestined, available for rotary drilling rigs and piling equipment.
